Return & Exchange Policy

At HK Futuristics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if all applicable conditions are met:

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

    • A complete unboxing video in one continuous recording is required.

    • The video must:

      • Start with the sealed package.

      • Clearly show the entire unboxing process.

      • Clearly display the product and any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

    • No unboxing video = No return or exchange request will be accepted.

  • Eligible Issues

    • Product received is damaged.

    • Product received is defective.

    • Wrong product was delivered.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send the following via WhatsApp: 0331-2667746

    • Unboxing video

    • Order ID

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Cash refunds are not available.

  • Eligible products will be exchanged with:

    • The same product, or

    • A different product of equal value.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, HK Futuristics will bear the exchange shipping cost.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • The product has been used or damaged due to customer handling.

  • The return request is based on a change of mind.

5. Return Process

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Send your unboxing video and Order ID to WhatsApp: 0331-2667746 within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is eligible for an exchange.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange product pickup and dispatch your replacement.
